Job Description

What You’ll Do You’ll be the heartbeat of our events and sales scene, mixing creativity, hustle, and a whole lotta love for making things happen. Here’s the lowdown:

Rock the Events Scene

  • Know Mama Shelter inside out – from our quirky rooms and funky function spaces to our killer menus, floral vibes, entertainment options, and safety protocols. Oh, and keep tabs on what the competition’s up to – we’re always one step ahead!
  • Team up with our restaurant crew to create Instagram-worthy event setups that wow our clients.
  • Show off Mama’s magic by hosting site inspections that leave potential clients starry-eyed.
  • Build epic connections with key players in your market and keep the love flowing with our hotel buddies at competing spots.
  • Stay tight with in-house guests – know their names, their vibes, and make sure they’re living their best Mama life.

Slay the Sales Game

  • Be the mastermind behind group bookings, coordinating every detail with clients and passing the word to our teams to make it happen.
  • Keep our booking system poppin’ with weekly updates and whip up post-event reports that show off our success.
  • Keep our gift game strong – manage inventory and send clients some Mama love.
  • Spot every chance to upsell Mama’s spaces, services, and swagger to max out our revenue.

Spread the Mama Love

  • Answer calls with a smile and Mama’s signature warmth, handling inquiries like the pro you are.
  • Keep the good vibes going by delivering top-notch service to guests and clients, tackling requests with flair.
  • Handle any hiccups with cool-headed charm, reporting anything spicy to the management crew.
