Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager (Leisure) to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving leisure sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed personal and team sales goals in the leisure segment
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and tour operators
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and participate in industry tradeshows and events
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored leisure packages and promotions
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry regulations
  • Actively participate in industry-related organizations and associations
  • Coordinate and manage sales trips, including budget planning and post-trip reporting
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate account information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hotel sales, with a focus on the leisure segment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the leisure travel industry and current market trends
  • Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management
  • Proficiency in Opera, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM systems
  • Strategic planning and forecasting skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours as required
  • Active membership or willingness to join relevant industry associations
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
