Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team's competitive edge
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret market trends and competitor activities
  • Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Visionary approach to sales with a focus on long-term growth and innovation
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
