Job Description

  • Drive Business Development
    Proactively generate new leads, conduct effective sales calls, and plan targeted account penetration to grow revenue and market share.

  • Client Engagement & Negotiation
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site inspections and entertainment meetings; negotiate rates and contracts to maximize hotel profitability.

  • Sales Planning & Reporting
    Develop and execute monthly action plans for assigned market segments, review account production, and report business trends and opportunities to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

  • Market Intelligence
    Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and client movements to ensure a competitive edge and adapt sales tactics accordingly.

  • Team Leadership & Development
    Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team to ensure professional conduct, skill development, and high-performance standards.

  • Operational & Safety Compliance
    Support Accor's safety, sustainability, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with ALEART protocols and participation in crisis and emergency procedures as required.


Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
  • A team player & builder
  • A motivator & self-starter
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
