Missão do Cargo:
Estamos à procura de um(a) Gerente de Vendas estratégico(a) e orientado(a) para resultados para impulsionar o crescimento comercial de um dinâmico cluster hoteleiro em Lisboa e Sul de Portugal. Trata-se de um cargo de alto impacto, com papel de liderança no relançamento do Novotel Lisboa, alinhado à estratégia de reposicionamento da marca e com forte foco no segmento MICE. O(a) profissional selecionado(a) será responsável por desenhar e executar planos de ação comercial direcionados, gerir contas estratégicas e representar o cluster em eventos do setor, reforçando a visibilidade e competitividade no mercado.
Responsabilidades Principais:
- Desenvolvimento e Implementação da Estratégia Comercial:
Desenha e implementa estratégias comerciais focadas no crescimento de receitas, captação de novos negócios e melhoria contínua da performance.
- Gestão de Contas Estratégicas e Desenvolvimento de Relacionamento com Clientes:
Desenvolve relacionamentos estratégicos com clientes, negocia acordos rentáveis e entrega soluções personalizadas para impulsionar a fidelização e a competitividade no mercado.
- Representação em Eventos do Setor:
Representa os hotéis e a região em eventos da indústria, promove os diferenciais do destino, constrói uma sólida rede de contatos e coleta informações relevantes do mercado.
- Gestão Orçamental e Relatórios Comerciais:
Gere o orçamento de vendas, acompanha indicadores-chave de performance (KPIs) por meio de relatórios e garante o cumprimento das metas, propondo ações corretivas sempre que necessário.
- Colaboração Transversal e Interface com as Equipas Globais de Vendas:
Colabora com as equipas globais de vendas e departamentos internos para ampliar a visibilidade dos hotéis, assegurar o alinhamento estratégico e partilhar insights relevantes de mercado.
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos num departamento de Vendas.
- Elevado nível de inglês
- Conhecimento do setor MICE e desenvolvimento de negócio a nível comercial.
