Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Novotel Birmingham Centre and Ibis Birmingham New Street are seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to maximize hotel revenue, manage key accounts, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction across our two esteemed brands.

Position Overview:
As the Cluster Sales Manager -Maternity cover for one year for Novotel and Ibis, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively seeking new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting our hotels to various markets. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our guestrooms, meeting spaces, and other hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Revenue Generation

  2. Account Management

  3. Market Analysis and Strategy

  4. Team Collaboration

  5. Reporting and Documentation


Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends.
