Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, coordinating sales activities, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Assist in planning and initiating action plans to approach and secure new business opportunities
  • Support the development and implementation of effective sales programs and strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager in executing sales plans and strategies
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations in coordination with the Sales Manager
  • Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area/segment
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales plans, as well as daily sales/activity reports
  • Contribute to market analysis and provide insights to increase business volume
  • Stay updated on the organization's products, services, and facilities to provide accurate information to clients
  • Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Events Management
  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar sales coordination role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a goal-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies
