- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance the hotel’s brand presence.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, and social media strategies.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities are aligned with the hotel’s brand standards and corporate goals.
- Prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that yield maximum return on investment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (as Department Head or Assistant Department Head) within a branded international 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving market share.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in opening a new branded hotel in a sales and marketing leadership role is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Russian; additional international languages are a plus.
