Job Description

Job Mission:

We are looking for a results-orientated Internal/External Sales person to drive the commercial growth of our unit. This is a high-impact position, aligned with the brand's repositioning strategy and with a strong focus on the Lesur/Mice segments with and without F&B.

The selected professional will be responsible for designing and executing targeted commercial action plans, managing strategic accounts and representing the hotel at industry events, reinforcing visibility and competitiveness in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation of Commercial Strategy:
Design and implement commercial strategies focused on revenue growth, attracting new business and continuous performance improvement. Follows up on Residential Events, Banquets and other events negotiated by the company.

Strategic Account Management and Client Relationship Development:
Develops strategic relationships with clients, negotiates profitable agreements and delivers personalised solutions to boost loyalty and competitiveness in the market.

Representation at Industry Events:
Represents hotels and the region at industry events, promotes the destination's differentials, builds a solid network of contacts and collects relevant market information.

Budget Management and Commercial Reporting:
Manages the sales budget, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) through reports and ensures that targets are met, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary.

Transversal Collaboration and Interface with Global Sales Teams:
Collaborates with global sales teams and internal departments to increase the visibility of hotels, ensure strategic alignment and share relevant market insights.

 

 


Qualifications

General Skills: 

Excellent level of written, verbal communication, interaction with individuals and groups;
Negotiation skills
Passion for serving;
Attention to detail and precision in carrying out activities; 
Results orientation: understanding the needs of the business, guests and customers; 
Working cohesively with co-workers, as part of a team and with minimal supervision;
Autonomy
Enthusiasm;

Commitment.

Languages: 
Proficiency for communication in Portuguese and English
Other languages will be an advantage - Spanish

Technical qualifications: 

Strong knowledge of B2B;B2C and Corporate

Solid knowledge of sales, with a focus on hotels

Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality market
Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies in line with business objectives
Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and sales automation tools


Additional Information

Willingness to travel abroad on representation

Willingness to make commercial visits to local / national and international markets
