Le Mercure Paris Vaugirard Porte de Versailles est situé en face du Parc des Expositions. L'hôtel dispose de 91 chambres spacieuses et confortables et de 10 salles de séminaires modulables.
L’Hôtel Mercure Paris Vaugirard recherche un(e) Attaché(e) Commercial enthousiaste et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Si vous avez une passion pour l’hôtellerie, un excellent sens du service client et un goût prononcé pour le développement commercial, cette opportunité au cœur du quinzième arrondissement est faite pour vous !
Vos missions :
Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients B2B (entreprises, agences, organisateurs d'événements).
Assurer la gestion et le suivi des offres commerciales pour nos espaces séminaires et nos chambres pour les groupes professionnels.
Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients en phase de négociation et durant l’événement sur le terrain
Réaliser des reportings réguliers et proposer des stratégies d’optimisation des performances commerciales.
Participer activement à la mise en place d’actions de marketing et de communication pour promouvoir l’hôtel.
Prospecter de nouveaux clients dans le secteur MICE (réunions, séminaires, événements).
Vous justifiez d’au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en hôtellerie et idéalement d'une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.
Une expérience dans l'utilisation des outils Coclico et Opéra v5 est fortement préférable.
Vous avez un excellent sens relationnel et un tempérament commercial affirmé.
Vous êtes organisé(e), réactif(ve), et avez une grande capacité à travailler en équipe.
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et la gestion des offres commerciales.
La maîtrise de l’anglais est un prérequis.
