We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team on a Full-Time basis.


Job Description

Are you highly organised, enjoy working behind the scenes to support a busy team, and have a passion for hospitality?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, building strong relationships and is looking for a career in Sales & Marketing.

Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and the Conference & Events Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the department while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

What you'll be doing...

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, reports and sales correspondence
  • Manage enquiries and assist with client communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, site inspections and appointments
  • Assist with conference, events and accommodation bookings as required
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and promotional material
  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements
  • Assist with monthly reporting and departmental administration
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels or a sales environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with hotel systems such as Opera Cloud or similar is highly regarded but not essential
  • Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
