We are seeking a dedicated and professional Royal Service and Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
- Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local events
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and general computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a customer-focused mindset
- Fluency in English required;
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, as required
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
