Room Attendant

Mercure Canberra is one of the city’s first established hotels, combining old-world charm with modern comforts. The hotel is located moments from the CBD, as well as the National Convention Centre and Australian War Memorial.

In this role you will be carrying out cleaning duties to the highest standard to meet guest's needs and exceed their expectations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning guest rooms, storage areas & corridors as allocated to the required standard.

- Ensuring guest supplies & advertising materials in guest rooms are replenished and to the      correct standards for the room type.

- Carrying out ad hoc cleaning duties as allocated.

You will:

- Have strong attention to detail with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of team members and guests

- Be physically fit and comfortable working autonomously

- Have the flexibilty to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster
