Our hotel is the gateway to the magnificent Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley Food & Wine District, the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island.

Job Description
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional guest experience ibis is known for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotel's standards for guest arrivals
- Replenishing and correctly storing towels, linen, and guest amenities.
- Identifying and conducting basic maintenance tasks, and reporting major maintenance issues.
- Using cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly in line with hotel procedures.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness across the property.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role (preferred but not essential).
- A warm, customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
- Good communication and time‑management skills.
- A positive, friendly personality and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
