Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability and drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departments
  • Monitor and forecast revenue performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage inventory distribution across various channels to maximize revenue
  • Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management
  • Implement and maintain revenue management systems and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
  • Train and mentor team members on revenue management principles and techniques
  • Participate in budget planning and goal-setting processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel Commercial Revenue Management
  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency in computer use and MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with modern Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and industry trends
  • Customer-focused mindset with a goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
