Job Summary

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for Fairmont Riyadh. This role involves developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing and inventory management to ensure the hotel's financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining market competitiveness.
  • Manage inventory effectively, balancing demand with supply to optimize room rates and occupancy.
  • Analyze historical data and forecasting tools to make informed decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of revenue management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and optimize revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement revenue management training programs for the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in revenue management within the luxury hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using revenue management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
