Job Description

  • Conduct detailed analysis of historical booking data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in the development and execution of pricing and yield strategies.
  • Contribute in development and implementation of dynamic pricing strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
  • Maintain and update forecasting models for rooms, F&B, and other revenue streams as requested
  • Ensure data accuracy across RMS, PMS, GDS, and channel management platforms.
  • Monitor pickup, pace, and segmentation performance, highlighting risks or opportunities to the Revenue Manager.
  • Manage daily rate loading, restrictions, and inventory controls across all distribution channels, following direction from the Revenue Manager.
  • Assist in optimizing channel mix and reducing distribution costs.
  • Monitor online distribution channels and manage inventory allocation across various platforms.
  • Support the Revenue Manager in the maintenance of all revenue-related systems, including RMS, channel manager, and forecasting tools.
  • Prepare sales strategy meeting agenda, supporting documentation.
  • Assist with system configuration updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to ensure alignment with the revenue strategy.
  • Handle all requested task by manager.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  •  2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; minimum 1 year experience in the revenue management 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple properties.
