- Assist the Revenue Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance reviews.
- Participate in the development and execution of pricing and yield strategies.
- Contribute to the analysis of market trends, booking patterns, competitor performance, and demand drivers.
- Maintain and update forecasting models for rooms, F&B, and other revenue streams as requested.
- Ensure data accuracy across RMS, PMS, GDS, and channel management platforms.
- Monitor pickup, pace, and segmentation performance, highlighting risks or opportunities to the Revenue Manager.
- Generate dashboards and insight-driven summaries for senior leadership.
- Inventory, Pricing & Distribution
- Manage daily rate loading, restrictions, and inventory controls across all distribution channels, following direction from the Revenue Manager.
- Conduct rate parity checks to ensure consistency across OTAs and brand channels.
- Assist in optimizing channel mix and reducing distribution costs.
- Support the Revenue Manager in the maintenance of all revenue-related systems, including RMS, channel manager, and forecasting tools.
- Assist with system configuration updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures for the department.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to ensure alignment with the revenue strategy.
- Attend commercial meetings and present insights on performance, trends, and forecast updates.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, data analysis, or hospitality operations preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
