Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de trois bars, d’un Centre Fitness, d’un Spa, de deux piscines, d’un Room Service et d’un service Traiteur.
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé maternité, le/la Revenue Analyst assiste le département Revenue Management dans l’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires de l’hôtel. Il/elle contribue à l’analyse des performances, au suivi du marché et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies tarifaires et de distribution.
- Extraire, consolider et analyser quotidiennement les données de performance pour aider le Revenue Manager à ajuster les stratégies de prix. Assurer la préparation des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels.
- Effectuer une veille concurrentielle active et suivre les tendances du marché afin d'identifier les opportunités ou les risques de demande.
- Assister à la mise en place d’offres tactiques.
- Mettre à jour et optimiser les systèmes de revenue management pour garantir l'exactitude des tarifs et la parité sur tous les canaux de distribution.
- Suivre l'état des inventaires de l'hôtel.
- Assister aux cotations pour les demandes de groupes MICE et loisirs, en appliquant les grilles tarifaires et les directives de la stratégie de l'hôtel.
- Collaborer au quotidien avec les services Réservations, Réception et Ventes pour assurer la bonne application des décisions tarifaires.
- Respecter les politiques et procédures du département
- Respecter toutes les politiques de sécurité
- Autres tâches, telles qu’assignées
- Bac +5 en gestion hôtelière ou dans un domaine connexe (commerce, gestion de revenus, économie)
- Première expérience dans un poste similaire appréciée, avec une dimension analytique
- Compétences analytiques avancées, avec la capacité d’interpréter des données financières et des rapports de performance
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler sous pression tout en respectant les délais
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques
- Attitude positive et excellentes compétences en communication
- Réussite des tests du groupe Accor obligatoire
- Maitrise de l’anglais
