  • Assist in implementing revenue management strategies aligned with Accor's commercial guidelines.
  • Help maximize hotel revenue by analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and benchmarking data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to short- and long-term revenue forecasts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Track booking pace, pickup, and demand trends to support commercial recommendations.
  • Participate in revenue strategy meetings and provide data-driven insights to hotel teams.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Ensure revenue management systems are maintained and pricing is optimized up to 405 days in advance.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Brings 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, Data Analysis, Trade Marketing, or a similar hospitality-related function.
  • Enjoys working with numbers, analysing data, and turning insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicates effectively and enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different teams.
  • Has a good command of Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau or Revenue Management Systems (such as IDeaS) would be a plus.
  • Is fluent in English and Italian.
  • Already holds a valid work permit for Italy (visa sponsorship is not available).
