Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the in-hotel retail store efficiently and effectively
  • Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example.
  • Set daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
  • Ensure product placement, window displays, and visual merchandising align with brand standards
  • Monitor sales targets and motivate the team to meet and exceed them
  • Create strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the guest experience
  • Handle procurement processes, including ordering and stock control
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
  • Oversee sales, inventory, and cashier processes
  • Provide regular reports and budget updates to senior management
  • Conduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.
  • Make sure that all the company policies and procedures are followed by all the team members.
  • Participate in attracting, recruiting and onboarding a high performing team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector (preferably in hospitality or luxury retail)
  • Strong leadership skills in team management, sales, and customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with retail management software is a plus
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Guest-oriented, dynamic, and presentable
