Job Description

Your mission: 

• Manage, animate & accompany the L1 sales & distribution support teams within your department 

• Recruit, onboard and increase competence of team members to become experts on their scope

• Pilot the external providers & internal teams in charge of L1 Support for Accor : Quality follow up, operational performance, …

• Sharing knowledge/information with all L1 team members to improve everyone's cross-cutting skills

• Setting up a quality process, error tracking, optimization process and action plans whenever necessary.

• Intervene whenever there is a blocking situation at L1 level.

• Generate enthusiasm for sales & distribution topics and ensure that all (new) functional processes are applied correctly.

• Identify recurrent sales & distribution incidents. Share this information with L2 colleagues to feed the knowledge base and to improve the processes if needed.

• Close collaboration with the loading team


Qualifications

And you? 

  • Provide support to the providers in a different cultural and linguistic context
  • Have a taste for support functions
  • Contribute constantly to the optimization of the quality of service
  • Have an overview of the distribution operations and a good knowledge of the processes delegated to the service provider
  • Availability and reactivity to provide quick answers to interlocutors
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • International & operational experience
  • Functional support experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Dynamic, Proactive and autonomous
  • Positive mindset
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Knowledge of Accor Distribution Landscape
  • Fluent in English & French (read, written, spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Service Now
