- Manage all incoming booking inquiries, ensuring accurate input of details and maximizing occupancy across Hyde Melbourne Place
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Upsell room types, packages, and services while adhering to pricing strategies and set rates.
- Ensure all guest information, preferences, and booking details are correctly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Communicate guest requests and special requirements to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams for seamless service.
- Keep up to date with reservation systems, loyalty programs, promotions, and brand standards to enhance guest experiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in reservations and guest information.
- A proactive problem solver, handling booking inquiries, modifications, and challenges with confidence.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
- Customer-focused and engaging, building rapport with guests and clients to enhance their experience.
- A strong communicator, effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.
- Motivated to learn and grow, staying updated on systems, promotions, and brand standards.
