We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of recruiters to attract top-tier candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring plans
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a proven track record of successful hiring campaigns
- Experience managing a team of recruiters
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
