Receptionist
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals who enter our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Guests: Greeting guests warmly upon arrival to ensure a friendly atmosphere.
- Check-in and Check-out Support: Assisting guests smoothly through check-in and check-out processes.
- Communication Management: Responding promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Bilingual Assistance: Providing information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions in English and Russian.
- Reservation Coordination: Managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Guest Service Coordination: Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs promptly.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area continuously.
- Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and managing guest accounts.
- Professional Standards: Adhering to strict standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is advantageous.
- Hospitality Experience: Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Interpersonal Skills and Service Passion: Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Shift Flexibility: Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
