Job Description

The Purchasing Analyst is the support person for the purchasing department, addressing the needs required by the various departments, as well as providing support to the storehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the quality control of purchases according to the guidelines established by Accor, while ensuring the high-quality standards required by Fairmont.
  • Adjusting weekly price quotes for products with price variations (meat, fruit, and fish) in the system, then informing the department heads involved of the changes.
  • Analyzing local suppliers with the potential goal of maintaining a business relationship with them.
  • Recording purchase delivery notes.
  • Visiting suppliers to monitor quality standards.
  • Analyzing daily purchasing requirements for the storehouse.

 


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Professional knowledge of Windows (Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL.
  • Previous experience in Inventory Management is a plus.
  • A dynamic "can do" attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Presents a professional and polished appearance.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

 

Candidate must be a citizen of the European Union or possess a valid work permit for Spain.
