Assistant Revenue Manager Multi-Hôtels
Mission:
- Assister les Revenue Managers dans la mise en place de tous les processus RM au sein de leur périmètre
- Assister les Revenue Managers dans le pilotage et la configuration des RMS (Revenue Mangement System)
- Déployer la stratégie RM du groupe, mettre à jour le planning et alerter les RM et directeurs dès que les performances dévient des prévisions
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle afin de suivre l'évolution du marché sur les problématiques 'Offres, pricing et distribution'
- Vérifier régulièrement la saisie et la qualité des données (segmentation, ...)
- Par une communication adaptée, s'assurer que les hôtels connaissent les bonnes méthodes de saisie des données dans les systèmes de réservation
- Analyser la performance des contrats (tarifs, allotements, nombre de chambres vendues ...)
- E-distribution : s’assurer de la bonne visibilité des établissements et faire le suivi du Ranking
- Aider les hôtels à atteindre et dépasser leur objectif de chiffre d’affaires
- Analyser la performance de l’hôtel et ses résultats mensuels au travers de rapports de parts de marché
- Communiquer quotidiennement avec les directeurs des hôtels
- Assister et préparer les réunions de place
Profile:
Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, hôtellerie, tourisme ou ingénierie avec une spécialisation en revenue management, data analytics ou finance.
Aisance avec les chiffres et bonne maîtrise d’Excel (power querry, power pivot).
Rigueur, esprit analytique et force de proposition.
Bon niveau d’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
Esprit entrepreneurial, goût du challenge et motivation à contribuer à la performance d’un groupe en pleine évolution.
Une première expérience en revenue management, yield management ou pricing ainsi que la connaissance de TARS, FOLS, Opera Cloud, Synxis, IDeas G3 sont un plus.
