Job Description

We are Accor’s Digital & Business Factory, the innovation and transformation lab for the global leader in hospitality.

With our 700-strong team of Heartists®, we bring together the best of hospitality, tech, and digital to deliver personalized, memorable, and sustainable experiences. Here, we create new ways of traveling in our 5,500 hotels, close to our 100 million clients in 110 countries. This is a rich playground where we conceive and create digital products and services for our clients and hotel teams, generating maximum value for our company.
Here, your reach has no boundaries, so dare to make an impact with us!

This is where your greatest challenge awaits:

Data Domain

Accor’s data teams are gathered within the Digital & Business Factory, led by the Chief Data Officer. Their main mission is to deliver Data and Analytics products across the organization—from hotels to central functions. These teams are undergoing significant modernization (massive cloud migration) and large-scale agile transformation. Around 170 people form this division, organized into tribes, squads, and chapters in a structure inspired by the Spotify model.

The Distribution & Hotel Services (DHS) Tribe

In the data domain, the DHS Tribe provides digital products and services that optimize hotel performance and revenue for Accor, as well as feeding various data-based systems and analyses.
Under the direction of the DHS Tribe Product Lead, the Product Owner defines, drives, and implements the data product roadmap for the Hotel Performance Intelligence feature team. This team builds and deploys data and AI-based products to support hotel performance:

  • Financial Performance: Forecasting hotel occupancy rates and revenues by combining booking data with forecasts from Revenue Management Systems, including AI components.
  • Web & Digital Performance: Analyzing, scoring, and recommending improvements for digital hotel content using AI algorithms (such as computer vision for photos and natural language processing).
  • Guest Satisfaction: Analyzing online guest reviews to provide actionable suggestions to hotels (e.g., enhancing breakfast offerings, adding specific room amenities).

End users include hotel staff and central functions (e.g., revenue managers).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collect, structure, and prioritize business use cases aligned with the feature team’s mission.
  • Identify new use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Define a clear, ambitious product vision linked to business and data strategies, with guidance from the Tribe Product Lead.
  • Translate the product vision into a continuously updated roadmap, especially during Iteration Planning.
  • Maintain a backlog with 3 to 4 sprints ahead.
  • Plan releases with the Tech Lead and organize demos for identified stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate strategy to stakeholders, the feature team, and the tribe.
  • Serve as the primary contact and point of reference for stakeholders (vendors, clients, Accor Tech).
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track product adoption and increment performance, prioritizing the backlog accordingly.
  • Monitor incidents and production requests with the Tech Lead and coordinate resolution within the feature team.

Location: Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux with 1 in-office day per week (flexible based on team rituals).
Reporting Line: DHS Tribe Product Lead.
