Job Description

The Opportunity

As the People & Culture Manager, you will provide trusted advice, coaching and support to leaders across all areas of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in building capability, strengthening engagement and supporting a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders to provide advice and coaching across employee relations, recruitment, performance management and people matters.
  • Leading key people initiatives including performance reviews, talent and succession planning, engagement activities and remuneration processes.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Using insights and data to influence decision-making and support business outcomes.
  • Developing, reviewing and improving people policies, procedures and processes.
  • Supporting Portfolio People & Culture initiatives and ensuring effective communication and delivery across the business.
  • Promoting a strong workplace health and safety culture with heart by partnering with leaders to support safety initiatives, employee wellbeing and compliance improvement practices.

Qualifications

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or People & Culture, preferably in the hospitality industry.

    •Strong knowledge of training management, payroll administration, and HR systems, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
