We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support our business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growth
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Implement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Manage the HR budget and resources effectively

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and performance management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive organizational change
- Certified HR professional status (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plus
