THE MISSION?
You are the favorite parent of Mama! 👵👴💖
The key link between the General Manager and the People & Culture group department located at the group's headquarters (London), you are in charge of all management and administration of staff within the establishment.
You are the HR ambassador for a team of around hundred people through a welcoming, quirky, and friendly atmosphere that you create. Our staff must be in good hands with you. 🙋♀️🙋♂️🤝
You ensure the Mama ✨ experience for our teams and create a positive and stimulating environment for each employee. 🌟😊
You manage Payroll 💰 in its entirety and are the direct contact for various organizations.
You recruit 👥 and support all the department heads 🏆 in their function, as well as in their daily management. 🚀
