Payroll Specialist

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Payroll Specialist is administrative professional responsible for maintaining payroll systems and processing paychecks according to schedule and in the correct amount. Responsible for ensuring that all team members are paid for hours worked in a timely manner.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or related experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Four-year college degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to understand and utilize basic computer equipment and applications, to include Outlook, words, Excel and spreadsheet applications

EXPERIENCE

• At least two years’ experience processing payroll for a large organization
• Some hospitality experience preferred
