Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area.
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications:

• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
• Clean driving record required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
