We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise all aspects of outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, implementing effective service recovery measures when necessary
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet, coordinating with relevant departments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Stay informed about local culinary trends and incorporate them into menu planning and promotional activities
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for all food and beverage items
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing outlet operations and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
- Solid understanding of food and beverage cost control and budgeting
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Familiarity with local culture and cuisine in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the AlUla region
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
