There is a nautical theme at both of the 25hours Hotels in HafenCity: Stories of sea voyages and distant ports, wanderlust and homesickness will become part of your normal working day here. In Hamburg’s newest, stylish district, we can offer you a job with guaranteed fun and a great deal of variety. As the two hotels are only a short walk apart, we work closely together in both hotels. How does your working day look like...

• You take care at the reception late at night not only for satisfied, but for enthusiastic guests

•  

  You take care that the cash register is booked and the day is checked before everyone wakes up again

   

• You are available as a contact person for the guests during the night for all issues

• You conduct regular security rounds to make sure no one gets lost in the house and everything is quiet and safe

• You create statistics and reports

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• Training in the hotel industry is beneficial

• First experience in night duty is desirable

• Be a host with passion

• The desire to talk to our guests

• Knowledge of real Hamburg insider tips is beneficial

• Ability to inspire guests and colleagues
