We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING Team member who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT hotel! What will you be doing? Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. We are on the search for someone who is able to multitask as this position includes Reception and Food & Beverage departments 

• Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
• Have great communication and customer relationship skills
• Loves working as part of a passionate team
• Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
• 2+ years in customer facing role 
• Flexibility in working hours including occasional night shifts, weekends, bank holidays
