Bist du bereit, eine neue Herausforderung als Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager (m/w/d) anzunehmen? Werde Teil unseres Revenue Management-Teams in Europa & Nordafrika, und betreue eine feste Gruppe an Hotels innerhalb deiner Region in Deutschland.
Die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung befristet.
Was sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Analysiere die Hotelleistungen und -ergebnisse (Durchschnittsraten, Belegungsraten, RevPAR).
- Führe Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um Preisentscheidungen zu treffen und die Verfügbarkeit zu prognostizieren, und arbeite dabei eng mit den General Managern der Hotels zusammen.
- Erstelle genaue und dynamische Prognosen für zukünftige Termine auf der Grundlage von Systemempfehlungen und täglicher Datenüberwachung.
- Triff täglich Entscheidungen zur Optimierung der Hotelumsätze
- Triff Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Preisgestaltung, Bestandsmanagement, Gruppenangebote und Vertriebskanäle.
- Stell sicher, dass deine Empfehlungen in der Reservierung und an der Rezeption umgesetzt werden und Systeme entsprechend aktualisiert bleiben
- Arbeite eng mit Kollegen aus verschiedenen Regionen an Projekten zusammen und trage zur allgemeinen Teamentwicklung bei.
Deine Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten umfassen:
- Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Revenue Management und/oder Front Office, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Hotellerie
- Kundenorientierung
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Analytisches Denken
- Ergebnisorientierung
- Vertrautheit mit Hotelsystemen PMS und Reservierungssytemen ist wünschenswert
- Excel- und Powerpoint-Kenntnisse
