In Marianske Lazne, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites, featuring the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our Swiss Café, and the rooftop "pod oblaky" Lifestyle bar. The hotel will also offer three conference rooms and a boardroom. A highlight of the property will be the Pürovel Spa & Sport, combining Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Marianske Lazne.

We’re looking for a MIXOLOGIST at Swissôtel in Marianske Lazne who sees bartending not just as a job, but as an art form. 

Location: Marianske Lazne  | Start Date: September 15, 2025 

 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Mix both classic and signature cocktails that match the atmosphere of our hotel and the tastes of our guests. 

• Create new drinks and ideas that elevate our beverage program to the next level. 

• Engage with guests, listen to them, and recommend drinks they won’t forget. 

• Work according to the high standards of Swissôtel & Accor – quality, hygiene, and presentation. 

• Collaborate with the F&B team on menus, events, and special occasions. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate: 

• Has completed a course or training in bartending/mixology.

• Has bar experience, ideally as a mixologist or head bartender. 

• Speaks Czech and German; English and additional languages is a plus 

• Holds relevant certifications – an advantage!

• Is creative, eager to try new things, and capable of inventing original recipes. 

• Is flexible – shift work is standard here.
