Job Description

  • Support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns including development and management of project timelines, co-ordinating the development of marketing materials, and liaising with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies.
  • Participate in creating strong campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales and conference teams to develop and promote special offers, packages, and events.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Organise and participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Should have an eye for creativity and visual aesthetic, skilled in using a camera for in-house photography.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Participate in building a strong promotional calendar across all products/outlets with clear objectives and activities that support business goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
  • Creative and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
