As the Director of Sales , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share. You will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate key relationships, and ensure the hotel achieves its financial goals through innovative sales and marketing strategies What You'll Do: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges. - Oversee contract negotiations and manage key accounts. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. - Ensure seamless coordination between sales, revenue management, and operations. - Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Requirements: - Proven experience as a **Director of Sales** or in a senior hotel sales role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
