An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Digital Acquisition, MEA to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Acquisition, MEA APAC and is responsible for the implementation and analysis of Accor’s digital acquisition activities (including SEA, metasearch, affiliation, and retargeting) across MEA region.
Other responsibilities that this role will have includes driving lever performance, managing agency partners to improve campaign efficiency and deliver incremental revenue growth. The role will work global acquisition teams and agencies/media partners in region, ensuring that new hotels are onboarded into the digital acquisition performance funding program.
It consists in analyzing and implementing the digital acquisition strategy in all countries across MEA (and overseas towards MEA hotels) to acquire and retain guest by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire MEA APAC region.
The Manager, Digital Acquisition leads the regional partnership with the appointed media agencies and key publishers, the role will provide guidance and support to the digital teams in countries and is responsible for the digital acquisition campaign and deliverable through defined KPIs.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities:
Optimize Online Advertising and Acquisition Strategy Across MEA
Analyze & optimize the investment strategy across online channels paid search, metasearch, affiliates, retargeting & App download campaigns in order to acquire new customers and retain existing customers and loyalty members at the best cost.
Optimize towards business goals by type of activity on a yearly basis.
Monitor & adapt the campaign strategy based on the current situation of the region/market.
Proactively initiate pilots with new publishers/technology in order to optimize investments towards business goals.
Develop advanced audience targeting techniques in order to further optimize investment.
Animate global JBP (mainly Google, Microsoft, etc.) regionally.
Project management: ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a challenging environment.
Consolidation and management of local budget sources & fees.
Manage Hub Digital Acquisition Campaigns
Ensuring alignment with the full-funnel strategy and objectives of the company
Is a Point of Contact (POC) to the agencies for Acquisition and App download campaigns.
Ensure deep understanding of the Digital Acquisition and operational requirements.
Support the Hotel digital marketing teams in their Acquisition channel optimization & analysis.
Monitor investment performance on a regular basis against business goals as defined in the strategy (reach, Impression share, ROI etc.)
Develop deep analysis of investment performance using all tools available (GA360, Kenshoo, Tableau, Cognos, Omniture etc.) in order to optimize overall web direct business.
Share Strategy and Performance with Global Acquisition Team
Help co-design the global advertising and acquisition strategy.
Communicate animation plan.
Support MEA APAC Digital Acquisition performance review
Represent MEA in key meetings.
Follow Market Trends and Best Practices
Be aware of competitors activities.
Follow proactively new products, tools, and publishers to keep Accor at the forefront of innovation.
Co-Responsible for the Regional MEA Online Digital Acquisition Budget
Optimize and monitor the regional Acquisition budget.
Provide guidance on country and hotels Acquisition budgets.
What we need from you
A bachelor’s degree with specialization in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing via Online Paid Media Channels, or related field with minimum 7 years of experience in related role
Proficient in Metasearch, Paid Search, APP Download and Affiliation
Proficient in GA 360, Kenshoo, Search 360, Campaign Manager/DV 360, Omniture
Advanced communication skills in written and spoken English.
Data Analysis and Performance Oriented
Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.
