Job Description

Your role will be to support predominantly the Learning & Development [L&D] function coupled with Talent and Culture [T&C] to ensure all L&D administration is conducted accurately and in a timely and efficient manner. Within the role you will work across various L&D projects simultaneously and support in our numerous T&C initiatives.

 

Within Talent & Culture, we also have our own colleague brand and within this role you will support the team with creating and designing digital collateral for our colleague initiatives.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

Essential

  • Ability to create digital material using IT software; Adobe, Evolve [LMS].
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to take and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

 

 

Desirable

  • Recent experience within in 5-star hotels or a similar role.
  • An understanding of the luxury sector.
  • Experience using Mapal Learning Management System [Flow Learning].
