Job Description

To develop and drive business from a set portfolio of clients in the B2B Leisure segment. The focus is on developing business for the Europe & North Africa region with a specific spotlight on emitting accounts based across UK and BeNeLux. Working with a total account management approach.  

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  • Client meetings (face to face or virtual) 
  • Creation and implementation of a sales action plan with associated activities & forward planning in order to reach set sales targets 
  • Business Review Meetings
  • Analysis and follow-up actions on the results & performance for client portfolio using reporting tools 
  • Proposing, reviewing, negotiating and closing RFP’s
  • Contracting T&C’s to the benefit of Accor portfolio of hotels including Leisure Distribution agreements
  • Presentations & training on Accor tools, hotels and brands to clients
  • Continually build knowledge of hotel portfolio to be an ambassador for hotels, brands and destinations 
  • Promotion of Accor in market tools such as ‘Leisure OnLine’ for Adhoc Groups or leads to Infinite 
  • Organization and follow-up of Accor client events / Workshops / Industry events & Tradeshows / Fam Trips 
  • Profitable ROI for activities, travel & events
  • Use of Accor Sales Tools such as Cvent, Anais or Sales ArENA and others
  • Proactive sales approach


  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Account Manager preferably within Leisure B2B sales either at hotel or central level or working for a Leisure B2B operator (within a contracting role or Hotel supplier liaison role
  • Ideally contacts in market including clients, competitors and industry partners
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Persuasion & influencing skills
  • Results driven
  • Sales skills including negotiation, problem solving and closing
  • Good understanding of the leisure market across ENA 
  • Good destination knowledge / awareness globally with a focus on ENA and UK & BNL in particular 
  • Additional language to English a benefit
