HABITA79 è alla ricerca di un* Responsabile Amministrativo qualificat* e organizzat* per gestire e supervisionare tutte le attività amministrative e finanziarie. La figura sarà centrale nella gestione contabile e fiscale dell’hotel e lavorerà a stretto contatto con la direzione per garantire la conformità e l’efficienza delle operazioni finanziarie.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Supervisione della contabilità generale e gestione della reportistica finanziaria
- Controllo di gestione e analisi dei costi per garantire la redditività dell’hotel
- Coordinamento e gestione dei processi di bilancio e delle previsioni finanziarie
- Gestione della contabilità clienti e fornitori, monitoraggio dei flussi di cassa
- Gestione dei rapporti con istituti di credito, consulenti fiscali e revisori esterni
- Assicurare la conformità con le normative fiscali e contabili vigenti
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini
- Esperienza comprovata in una posizione simile, preferibilmente nel settore alberghiero o turistico
- Conoscenza approfondita della normativa fiscale e contabile italiana
- Ottima padronanza di software gestionali contabili, preferibilmente Sysdat e pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)
- Capacità analitiche, precisione e forte orientamento ai dettagli
- Leadership, ottime capacità organizzative e attitudine al lavoro in team
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- E' richiesta la residenza in Campania
