• Previous experience with hospitality industry software suite, e.g. Opera, Infrasys, SUN, BSS
• English proficiency desirable
• Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
