The Script
At PRESSROOM, our vibrant restaurant encompasses two unique outlets: our restaurant and cocktail bar. Here, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional service to both hotel guests and local patrons during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for inquiries about restaurant availability.
Address guest complaints and reviews, collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.
Utilize our operating system to accurately register purchases.
Serve as the first contact for external guests making reservations.
Support various projects assigned by the F&B Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications

Do you fit our vision? We’re seeking a candidate who:
Has excellent English skills; other languages are a plus!
Is creative, proactive, and flexible.
Is currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or tourism education.
Is looking for an internship starting February/March '26.
Is available to work both weekdays and weekends, 38 hours per week.
Can commit to at least 5 months.
