Novotel London West Hotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.
We are excited to be looking for an Human Resources Advisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, we want someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our employees, clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!
We are looking for a strong individual who will assist the Talent & Culture Manager with the onboarding, administrative duties and any ad hoc projects that occur.

Your role will cover the following responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases, end to end including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
- Support Line Managers on the correct application of policies and procedures.
- Liaise with our external legal support.
- Provide monthly updates and document all procedures.
- Be keen to drive improvement and ensure best service
- Be CIPD qualified and have an excellent knowledge of UK employment Law.
- Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Advisor in Hospitality
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
- CIPD qualification.
- Fluent in English - spoken & written.
