Job Description

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the resource deals with:

  • Guest welcoming at the arrival and departure
  • Luggage delivery in the rooms
  • Park client's cars 
  • Drives the shuttle bus to the village or ski lifts
  • Tidy up guests ski equipment 


  1. Valid driver's license: A clean and valid driver's license is essential.
  2. Experience: Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a hospitality or service-related industry, is often required.
  3. Knowledge of local area: Familiarity with the local area, including key landmarks, attractions, and routes, is beneficial.
  4. Customer service skills: Good communication and customer service skills are important for interacting with guests courteously and professionally.
  5. Safety consciousness: Demonstrated adherence to safe driving practices and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  6. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the hotel's operational needs.
  7. Physical fitness: Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests with their belongings as needed.
  8. Clean driving record: A clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations is typically required.
  9. Language skills: Proficiency in the local language and, optionally, additional languages spoken by guests can be advantageous.
  10. Professional appearance: A neat and presentable appearance is important for creating a positive impression on guests.
