Pullman Rotorua is a 5 star 130 room hotel located in the heart of Rotorua that is proud to be a leading provider in exceptional accommodation, food & beverage offerings and conference & event facilities, all complimented with exceptional service by an amazing and dedicated team.

We are now seeking a mature, energetic, well-presented person to take up the part-time position of Guest Service Agent 

This position will suit those who have a genuine passion in delivering superior guest service at all times in a warm friendly manner. In doing so you will become an integral member of our Front Office team that believes in and exercises this service culture.

This role suits somebody that is continuously willing to go beyond their checklist, learn more and strives for excellence within the team. Your rapport with guests and clients is outstanding and you have a proven record for excellent feedback.

Job Description

The successful candidate needs to posses the following experience and skills:

  • The ability to multi-task in high pressure situations and data integrity management.
  • Full, clean NZ drivers license
  • Hotel front office experience and Opera PMS knowledge preferred or ability to learn.

  • You are able to work autonomously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work your way, tell us how you work best do you need AM's 6.30 to 15.00 or is PM's 15.00 to 23.00 better suited to your life style or do you just want too work as many hours a you can either AM's or PM's

Rate of pay is $25.43 per hour

Must have a valid work permit or be a citizen to apply.
