Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaires with a data analytical/ logistical mindset who will be in a Guest Service / Guest Relations Agent type role. Responsibilities include duties relating to:

  • Managing administrative and data entry for guest relations
  • Preparing resources for Group Arrivals and VIP Member Arrivals
  • Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls)
  • Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests)

Qualifications

About you

  • A passion for providing a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiences. 
  • Previous experience with data entry, managing bookings and forward planning for group arrivals is desirable
  • Previous experience using excel is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed.
  • Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The flexibility to work a rotating roster.
