Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaires with a data analytical/ logistical mindset who will be in a Guest Service / Guest Relations Agent type role. Responsibilities include duties relating to:
- Managing administrative and data entry for guest relations
- Preparing resources for Group Arrivals and VIP Member Arrivals
- Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls)
- Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests)
Qualifications
About you
- A passion for providing a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiences.
- Previous experience with data entry, managing bookings and forward planning for group arrivals is desirable.
- Previous experience using excel is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed.
- Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The flexibility to work a rotating roster.
